Introduction Purpose

1 Purpose of This Agreement

This terms and conditions document is a legally binding agreement between the company and players who use the bagan8 platform (https://bagan8.run) and all related services. You are required to read and fully understand the contents of this document before accessing, browsing, or registering an account to play.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on the homepage without individual notice, and continued use of the platform by players will be taken as acceptance of the amended terms.

2 Age Restriction

The bagan8 platform is for adults aged 21+ only. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to use this service. If found doing so, their account will be closed and any funds obtained will be confiscated. Any account found to have been opened with a false age will be closed immediately and no remaining balance will be returned.

Account Rules

3 One Account Per Person

Each player may only open one account in their own name on bagan8. If multiple accounts are found using the same IP address or payment method —

  • All additional accounts will be closed
  • Bonus funds will be forfeited
  • The original account may also be suspended

4 Accuracy of Information

The name, phone number, and payment details provided when opening an account must be accurate and complete. Any account opened with false or concealed information may be closed at any time and that player's withdrawal rights will be restricted.

Players must keep their login password secure at all times. The company is not responsible for any incidents caused by a third party accessing a player's account.

5 Account Verification (KYC)

When processing a withdrawal, the company may conduct a Know Your Customer (KYC) check. Players must cooperate with any documents or verification steps the company requests. Refusing to complete verification will result in the withdrawal being put on hold.

Deposit / Withdrawal Terms

6 Deposits

Deposit methods available at bagan8 are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks. All deposits must be made using a payment account registered under the same name as the player's account. Third-party transfers are not accepted.

Note: If a third-party deposit is detected, the funds will be returned and the company cannot assist with any related disputes.

8 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals will only be processed using the same payment method used for the deposit. Processing time is normally 30 minutes to 3 hours.

  • Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met
  • Additional time may be needed if further verification is required
  • Fees may apply to withdrawals and will be discussed with the player in advance

Bonus Usage Terms

8 First Deposit Bonus (Welcome Bonus)

bagan8 offers a 150% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Example 1: Deposit 20,000 Ks → receive a bonus of 30,000 Ks → total balance 50,000 Ks. Wagering requirement: 30,000 Ks × 10 = 300,000 Ks.

Example 2: Deposit 280,000 Ks → receive a bonus of 200,000 Ks (maximum) → total balance 480,000 Ks. Wagering requirement: 200,000 Ks × 10 = 2,000,000 Ks.

9 General Bonus Terms

  • Bonus funds must meet the wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made
  • Each bonus may have its own specific terms, which will be shown when the bonus is applied
  • Players may decline a bonus without requesting it first
  • Bonus abuse and arbitrage betting are strictly prohibited
  • If a player's betting pattern is deemed suspicious, the bonus may be suspended

10 VIP and Cashback Rewards

Players can advance through VIP tiers based on their wagering volume and loyalty. There are 4 VIP tiers ——

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
  • Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
  • Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.1%
  • Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%

To move up a VIP tier, players must increase their wagering volume and play regularly. Cashback payments are made according to company guidelines and are subject to change at any time.

Fair Play and Prohibited Actions

11 Fraud and Opposing-Side Betting

All players must comply with the Fair Play agreement. The following practices are strictly prohibited ——

  • Using bots or any automated playing software
  • Matched betting or arbitrage betting
  • Coordinating bets to abuse bonuses and gradually scaling up
  • Fund transfers between linked accounts (operated by relatives or associates)
  • Intentionally seeking out and exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform

12 Fraud Prevention

bagan8 strongly opposes money laundering and reserves the right to investigate any suspicious fund movements by players. If such activity is detected, the company may freeze the account, hold the funds, and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

13 Game Data and Decisions

If any dispute arises about game results, bagan8's server records will be treated as the verified record and its decision will be final. If a game was played during a technical issue (server crash), and an error is found in the records when determining that game's result, the bonus or coupon may be voided (null).

Intellectual Property and Privacy

The website design, logo, software, and all content of bagan8 are the property of the company. No player may copy, distribute, or modify them without permission.

15 Privacy Protection

bagan8 is not responsible for any losses caused by temporary service interruptions due to server maintenance, technical failures, or Force Majeure events outside the company's control. Players who choose to play do so by their own decision and are personally responsible for all losses.

19 Service Changes

The company may at any time modify, adjust, or withdraw the availability of individual services, bonus rates, deposit methods, and games. Prior notice will be given where possible, but there is no obligation to do so in all cases.
